11759 New document handling system and entity portal in Statsbygg – Consultancy Services Statsbygg shall purchase an ECM (document handling system) and entity portal in order to control the flow of documents and availability of information in the department. Statsbygg has a great need to collect all the documentation which is generated and used, as well as making this available in a simple way. The handling and retrieving of documents in different formats; pictures, drawings, sound files etc. within one domain is achieved by ECM systems. ECM systems can also include: Portal framework, case flow systems, e-mail archive (integrated with the case archive), modern functionalities such as an interaction area, project places/project area etc. ECM will also be the basis for the case archive NOARK5. UK-Enfield: urban development construction work
UK-Enfield: highmead development opportunity partner presentation. No The London Borough of Enfield, a 4 star Council, would like to invite all interested development partners to attend a presentation on one of the Council's flagship estate renewal projects. Highmead is a 0.6 hectare site located in Angel Edmonton; a 25 minutes journey to Liverpool Street from one of the nearby rail stations. The Council has achieved vacant possession of all 61 existing residential properties and is making good progress towards achieving vacant possession of all 14 commercial properties. The Council's commitment to Highmead is demonstrated by the appointment of a high profile design team to achieve detailed planning consent and by the allocation of a budget to commence site clearance works. The new development could accommodate approximately 120 new build residential properties in addition to commercial and community space. Prior to marketing the site early in 2011 the Council would like to invite all interested development partners to learn more about this development opportunity. The presentation will be an opportunity for the Council to explain the development strategy and showcase the emerging design as well as providing an opportunity for attendees to ask any questions that they may have. The National Training Centre for the National Skills Academy for creative and cultural skills. High House Production Park Limited is procuring the building on behalf of the National Skills Academy for Creative and Cultural Skills (NSAfCCS) which is bringing forward a scheme to create a new National Training Centre on the High House Production Park in Purfleet, Thurrock. Once completed, in early 2012, the National Training Centre will be a unique state of the art, purpose built training facility for the complete range of technical and backstage skills associated with the theatre and live music industries. The National Training Centre will assist in the delivery of this vision through the provision of: — A building that allows specialist large-scale technical theatre and live music training in a purpose built facility, — Training events including industry specific technical training courses and events delivered by both the further education and private training sectors, — A building that will be a 'shop window' for the industry bringing prestige, visibility and the world's best training provision that exemplifies the values of the NSAfCCS as an industry led organisation within an identifiable building. The building will offer a contribution to regeneration in the Thames Gateway region that will not only benefit young people and adult learners wishing to enter the performing arts and live music sectors, but also other areas within the local economies as learners and employers from outside the region utilise the building for training and development opportunities provided by full cost training programmes. The NSA for Creative & Cultural Skills is one of thirteen national academies supported by the LSC. To date the NSA has 170 employer's including all the national and regional theatres and live music venues.
