UK-Stoke-on-Trent: bus station construction work
UK-Stoke-on-Trent: design and construction of a new city centre bus station. Recognising the need to improve the City Centre and unlock the City's potential the contracting authority, North Staffordshire Regeneration Partnership and Realis (a private sector developer) have developed proposals that they hope will reinvigorate the city centre. The proposals involve an investment from the private sector of over 250 000 000 GBP, which we believe in itself evidences the private sector's confidence in the potential of Stoke-on-Trent. As part of the proposals there are plans to demolish the existing Bus Station to free up a site for a major new retail led development.
