The Department for International Development (DFID) wishes to engage a Service Provider (SP) to undertake monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of the Trade Advocacy Fund, a flexible, demand-led facility aimed at helping the poorest developing countries participate more effectively in international trade negotiations. Provision of Window Cleaning Services. The University of Surrey is situation on two campus sites, either side of the A3 just out side Guildford. The campus buildings are a mixture of academic buildings, sporting/social buildings and student residences, all built between 1960 and 2010. Most of the buildings are between 2 and 5 stories high but with one building (Senate House) 8 stories high. In total, there are in excess of 150 buildings and in excess of 10 000 windows (the latter is a very rough estimate). The University requires external surfaces to be cleaned annually, mostly in or around April but with student residences cleaned between June and September. The University requires internal surfaces to be cleaned every 3 years. Some surfaces have not been cleaned for several years. At least one building will require prestige cleaning.
