Postal Services - Ad-hoc Mail and Hybrid Mail. The Scottish Ministers through the Collaborative and Scottish Government Procurement Division are seeking to establish a sole supply framework for the provision of Postal Services, to the Scottish Public Sector. The duration of the framework agreement will be three years with an option to extend for an additional one year. The estimated value ranges quoted throughout this notice are for the 3 years duration. The Swedish Chemicals Agency calls for tenders concerning a mid-term evaluation of a Sida (Swedish International Development Co-operation Agency) funded regional programme in South-East Asia. The programme aim at reducing risks with pesticides and other hazardous chemicals and to achieve sustainable chemicals management in the region.
