Follo Ren IKS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall introduce transition from wastebag sanitation to container sanitation and invites to an open tender contest regarding distribution of waste containers with wheels for collection of various fractions of household waste, as well as collection of old waste bag racks and containers for subscribers who request this.
