NO-Oslo: concrete work
Upgrading of Ensjø Station. Oslo Municipality is planning an urban residential and commercial development in close proximity to the center of Ensjø tram station. Real Estate and Urban Renewal Agency (EBY) is working with other landowners in the area with a new regulation that requires partial cover over the tracks and several buildings close to the station facility. Ensjø station is situated on a short open air stretch between the tunnels to Tøyen and Helsfyr. The station has a high frequency of train traffic, and is being used by four tram lines. The new station is planned to be built in 2011-12 and involves an adaptation of the regulation plan's urban design. Ensjø Station will be upgraded and modernised based on a solution that satisfies the requirements of universal design and includes the following main items: demolition of Narvesen kiosk, demolition of the warehouse/paint hall, demolition of existing platforms. Excavation, blasting, piling and potential spunting. Foundations, construction / installation of new platforms, ramps, stairs and walls. Construction of technical rooms, entrance areas, environmental covers to be built over half the station, roof over the rest of the platforms. District heating in platforms, entrance areas, ramps, stairs and footbridge will be built. In addition, electrical work, plumbing and station furniture, etc. All work shall be performed with regular operations on both tracks. Some work must be carried out at night. BA-Sarajevo: education and training services
Strengthening of nursing in Bosnia and Herzegovina, implementation phase 1. The mandate concerns the preparation of the given project (duration from February 1st to April 30th, 2012) as well as implementation/facilitation of its first phase (start at June 1st, 2012; three years duration). Preparation of the first project phase includes development of the project document (with the logical framework, a project implementation plan, and further refined budget) for project activities in phase 1, in close cooperation with the project partners and stakeholders in BiH and SCO BiH. Mandating for Management and implementation/facilitation of the Project Phase 1 is dependent on the approval of the credit (funds) for the first phase of implementation by SDC and satisfactory performance of the mandated organization in the preparation phase.
