These software packages are major components of the main projects of EDF SA Commercial Branch. To ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency, in addition to the consultancy already contracted with Oracle, EDF needs to identify specific third-party expertise and consultancy. Technical scope. The technical scope is defined by expertise for overall software packages from Oracle (especially Oracle Utilities product line) used in the EDF SA Commercial Branch IT department. The main software packages used or proposed to date are: — Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), — SIEBEL, — LODESTAR (Oracle LPS), — Siebel Dynamic Pricer (SDP), — Quotation Management (QM).
