Provision of a managed laboratory service for Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust and Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust and Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust have a requirement for a managed laboratory service to be supplied by a lead contractor including but not limited to: biochemistry, immunology, haematology, microbiology, virology, genetics and pathology. There will be a transfer of risk from the contracting authorities to the successful supplier which will include performance targets and or liquidated damages relating but be limited to: systems availability, performance standards and quality of service delivery. The new contract shall deliver a strategic partnership in which we envisage the successful supplier being capable of responding to service change and expansion of requirements during the lifetime of the contract. This could include, but not necessarily be limited to the addition or replacement of instrumentation. The authorities reserve not to award a contract under this process. Please note that the authorities will not require the successful supplier to provide outsourced testing analysis services as part of this contract. The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire will assess (among other things) a tenderer's capability and capacity in delivering similar projects. Chinook engine support arrangement (CESA). Repair and maintenance services of aircraft engines. 1. This is a revision to the Contract Notice published in the OJEU (2011/S 62-101005) on 25.3.2011. Please note the move from the "restricted procedure" under the Public Procurement Procedures 2006 to the competitive "negotiated procedure" under the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations (DSCPR) 2011. 2. The Ministry of Defence (MOD) defence equipment & support (DE&S) Chinook project team (CHPT) has a requirement for the provision of a prime Contracting Activity to support the 55-L-714A Chinook helicopter engine, including accessories, fitted to all marks of Chinook Aircraft. The MOD does not hold design rights for this engine. 3. The support requirement is for a prime Contracting Activity for up to 12 years in duration to provide an asset availability service for engines and accessories to meet the front line commands annual flying hours. The service shall include but not be limited to: a) Engine, accessories and spares availability; b) Depth repair and overhaul (including test); c) Post design service (PDS); for all engines supported from the Chinook main operating base, at RAF Odiham, UK. Potential subcontractors interested in bidding for this work are encouraged to contact tenderers selected to receive any ITN in the role of prime. Replacement of the Main System. In line with its development strategy, the Contracting authority is planning a replacement of its current data processing systems (EUROCAT 2000 and some of the supporting systems) with a new, more centralized system ensuring interoperability and the safe operation within the dynamically developing field of Air Navigation Services and IT technologies in Europe. The success of this project is a key to achieving compliance with European best practices, SES II legislation and the Key Performance Indicators defined therein. The new system, will replace the ageing EUROCAT 2000 and other data processing systems under the overall Neopteryx project. Moreover, the Main System will also enable further centralization of the ANS system support in line with the ANS system development strategy as well as the fulfilment of the SES, SESAR and FAB requirements.
