Periodical monitoring of the technical installations of the IRMM. The JRC-IRMM has signed a contract with a technical maintenance provider. The contractor shall provide the preventative and corrective maintenance for the installations mentioned in Annex 2 of the tender specifications. These installations are subdivided into the following sections: — Section 1: H.V.A.C., including plumbing, sanitary installations and drainage, — Section 2: electricity, lighting, emergency lighting, emergency generators, lightning protection, earthing, — Section 3: building elements (access, doors, windows, locks, outer walls, external carpentry, wall covering, flooring, ceiling, roof and parking area). North East Procurement Ltd Contractor Developer. North East Procurement (NEP), have procured a Framework Agreement of Contractor Developers with lots covering both Design and Construct and Construct only. Works shall predominantly be required across the North East of England, North Yorkshire, and the City of York; however works may be required in other areas of the UK. The Framework Agreement has been put in place for a maximum period of 4 years. It is envisaged that the framework will be available for use by NEP members and other partners, and customers, both current and future. This may include any registered social housing provider in the UK. A full list of current NEP members can be found at Section VI.2.
