Variable Message Signs. Wirral Borough Council wishes to appoint a single contractor for a period of 2 years with an option of a third year for the Supply & Installation of Variable Message Signs. All signs purchased will have a warranty/maintenance period of 5 years from installation. Wirral Borough Council has an immediate requirement for 6 signs as part of a major development of a new town centre superstore. Wirral reserves the right to purchase up to 6 additional signs over the contract period. These new signs are to be added to the existing 32 signs around the borough, controlled by a Siemens Siespace system, to inform drivers of incidents, road works and events. SSD10 7a Staveley Catering Service. Framework Agreement for the provision of catering services at Resource and Community Care Centres and other establishments in Derbyshire, restricted to organisations that provide Supported Employment. The Framework Agreement will enable successful providers to tender, by way of a mini-competition, for a contract for catering services at the newly opened Staveley RCCC (two year contract and possible one or two year extension). Derbyshire County Council Adult Social Services Department is inviting tenders for appointment to a Framework Agreement, to supply catering services in the new Resource and Community Care Centres. The Staveley RCCC, Catering Services are currently provided by an in house catering team. The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) will apply to these posts.
