The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the whole of the armed forces and Forsvarsbygg's need for (points 1-4 are the main needs), with the exception of Troms, Finnmark, Andøya, Sortland and Ramsund: 1. Laundry, dry-cleaning, impregnation and other treatment and finishing services for clothing/fabric/commissariat material – including various types of clothing and uniforms, bedding, towels and other fabric/textiles. The service is hereafter called only laundry (laundry includes dry-cleaning). 2. Hire and laundry of bedding and towels. 3. Sewing and small repairs – e.g. repairs of uniforms/fabric, repairs of membrane with sealing seams on clothing. The service is hereafter called repair sewing.
