The provision of a pensions administration system for the East Riding Pension Fund (ERPF). The East Riding Pension Fund provides an administration service in respect of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). The contract with the current pensions administration system provider is due to expire on 26.11.2012, therefore the Fund is re-tendering the contract for a provider who will be required to demonstrate the necessary expertise and experience of providing the full range of pension administration solutions as required by an administering authority in relation to the LGPS. The contract will be for a 4 year period commencing on 27.4.2012 to ensure a sufficient mobilisation and transition period ending on 26.11.2012. The contract has a future 2 years extension, reviewable on an annual basis, following the expiry of the initial contract period.
