The Council seeks to appoint a provider for the provision of Employee Health Support Services for Midlothian Council to support the Council's 'People Strategy' and the implementation of policies aimed at ensuring the health and well-being of employees. The Council also requires the successful tenderer to outline the direct impact they expect to have to maximise attendance at work, impact on health and wellbeing in general and to provide the Council with relevant advice and support to ensure that it meets its legal and moral responsibilities to employees and others who may be affected by what the Council does or fails to do. The Provider will be expected to work in partnership with the Council in the provision of a range of occupational health and wellbeing services.
