Customer Contact Centre. The Money Advice Service is an independent organisation set up to help people understand financial matters and manage their money better. We offer free, unbiased money advice online, over the phone and face-to-face across the UK through a national network. The Service is re-launching its proposition to deliver a step change in its reach and drive increased consumer impact. As part of this re-launch we are seeking to appoint a service partner to deliver customer contact and related services. The successful provider will work with the Money Advice Service to integrate the above services into delivery of our proposition. This will include providing money guidance and advice to consumers; gathering customer data to facilitate deeper multi-channel relationships and identifying ways to enhance the proposition offered by the Money Advice Service to the UK population. This will require a fully functioning high level centre, responsive to industry and technological changes. It will need to be integrated with other Money Advice Service channels including, but not limited to Face to Face and digital, facilitating coordinated customer journeys, and it is anticipated that the provider will also engage consumers using interactive tools such as web chat. They may also be requested to handle correspondence received by post, email and/or other modes of communication. Spire Homes (LG) Limited - Provision of Responsive Repairs Maintenance Service, Works to Void Properties, Communal Cleaning and other Property Maintenance Works. Spire Homes is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractor(s) to enter into a long term partnering contract arrangement to provide a responsive maintenance repairs service, works to void properties, communal cleaning and other property maintenance works in relation to its housing stock of c 4 800 dwellings and ancillary assets. This tender is divided up into 2 Lots as follows: Lot 1 Relates to Responsive Maintenance Services, Works to Void and other Property Maintenance Works to c 4 800 properties. This includes: (a) responsive maintenance repairs; (b) provision of 24/7 repairs call handling service; (c) works to void properties; (d) drainage maintenance; (e) minor building works; (f) asbestos surveys and management; (g) asbestos removal and disposal. The contract will also include the provision for additional planned works and property maintenance services. However these would be additions to the contract and are not anticipated to start until after the first 3 years of the contract (but could start sooner). Such work may include the following: (a) window and door replacements; (b) roof repairs and replacements; (c) cyclical repairs and decorations; (d) groundworks and environmental improvements; (e) insulation; (f) general building and improvement works; (g) adaptations. Spire Homes will require the appointed contractor to provide a full IT interface between the contractor's IT systems and those of Spire Homes. Spire Homes will require all repairs to be logged onto their IT system first and for the contractor's system to interface with this (to avoid double entry). Interfaced IT systems will be expected to manage effective communication with between Spire Homes and tenants, including such elements as the texting of appointments and use of handhelds (PDAs) by operatives.
