There are several aims as regards the establishment of a framework agreement for the procurement of ICT infrastructure, but ensuring a good price and ensuring that we have access to both products and services to the required extent when we require it, is important. Standard procurements shall be made quickly and efficiently and the procured products shall be of good quality and on good price terms. Doculive/eSAF - Maintenance of existing licences and adaptations. Electronic case management in the Norwegian Armed Forces, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, (eSAF) is the Awarding Authority's system for electronic case management with filing. The system is based on the software DocuLive from Software Innovation AS. The Awarding Authority also has a number of tailor-made adaptations which in total constitute eSAF. P-72227 Central building west - Roof and facades Railway Station The current railway station shall be altered in the course of increasing the terminal area in the T2 project. Contract 72227 will include the establishment of a new, higher roof and new facades in the existing railway station, as well as the establishment of a roof over the new security control north of the current railway station. In addition the contract will include replacing a small number of roof elements on the current terminal roof. The demolition of the existing roof and facades over the railway station are included in another contract. The new roof over the railway station will consist of one main support of steel columns and steel beams with secondary and tertiary support of wooden beams. The roof will then consist of a pane system of sealed sections and glass panes. The roof shall be joined to the existing terminal roof (Central Building east, SBØ) and the coming new terminal roof (Central Building west, SBV). The new terminal roof is a separate contract. The new facades on the north and south of the railway station will be hanging facades of structural glazing principle, including steel support. The roof over the new security control will consist of a support system of steel girders with roof elements, insulated and sealed. There will also be several over lights/rider lights. The works will mainly be carried out on the landside/white side outside the CSRA divide (security divide) at the airport, but in close proximity to the divide, and at times on the inside of the divide. There can therefore be special requirements and measures regarding security clearance. The contract will have several interfaces with other contracts including parallel activities at the construction site. The railway station will be open as normal as long as the works for the new roof and facades over the railway station are being carried out. Provisional measures which separate the construction activities from the public will therefore be carried out in another contract. Some operations will however have to be carried out at night for safety reasons. Furthermore emphasis will be put on safety throughout the whole of the contract's work. The contractor will have access to office, eating and changing barracks which will be established on the west side of the new Central Building west. Barracks for own workers shall be brought for the contract.
