The Trust is seeking to set up a framework agreement for consultants to provide the following property valuations: — informal "desktop" valuations of properties to enable management to assess whether the property in question is within the criteria for disposal under the Trust's Asset Renewal Strategy (under which properties with relatively high repair/refurbishment costs are disposed of to release cash to support the development of new properties).
