Facilities Management Services for the core administrative estate of the Welsh Assembly Government (phase 2). The Welsh Assembly Government has undertaken a significant amount of work to evaluate the existing FM provision to its core administrative estate; identifying opportunities for the delivery of more effective and efficient FM services to its administrative premises across Wales. Contract for the Provision of a Green Waste Composting Service. Sefton Council generates compostable organic wastes from its services throughout the year. Such wastearisings are generated from:A near boroughwide weekly kerbside collection of garden waste. Collected loose via Refuse Compaction Vehicles (RCV) for delivery to a facility for composting. Quantities will depend on publicuptake of the service but is anticipated to be approx 20 000 tonnes. Tenderers are encouraged to submit bids forvarious quantities.Bagged garden waste will also be generated from our Bulky Items collection service.A seasonal collection over the Autumn will generate across Sefton up to 1 500 tonnes of leaf sweepings. Suchmaterials will be delivered over this period via Sefton's Street Cleansing Fleet. Tenderers will only be required tosubmit bids for up to 1 000 tonnes. A January collection of domestic Christmas trees via our Bulky items collection service.Such materials will be delivered either via skips or RCV in their presented form for collection.
