The Council wishes to establish, by April 2012, an appropriate business model for the delivery of its corporate and transactional services, which have been identified as offering potential benefits in respect of cost savings and service quality improvements. The aim of the procurement will be to deliver high quality services and savings by adopting an innovative approach to present service delivery arrangements. The dialogue with bidders will consider the potential for greater efficiency by extending the scope of the contract.
