1-UDE-2011 Framework agreement for production of school passes. Due to the implementation of school passes for pupils in Oslo schools, a framework agreement is needed with a service provider who can produce and distribute school passes. The school pass has a precise and fixed layout, which is in accordance with the Education Department's profile, but the service provider must offer additional functions which schools can order. The framework agreement shall consist of the production and distribution of school passes and security discs to pupils in secondary schools and sixth form colleges. The main production of the cards will occur at the start of the school year, but the security discs will be sent out before the start of the school year. There will be an annual need of approx. 10 000 new cards plus any follow-up orders due to lost cards. In addition to the production of school passes and discs, there can be a need for the production of other types of identification for, for example, employees.
