The Client requires the appointment of a Main Contractor for construction of a new Post Graduate Centre / Teaching Facility to be located at the University's Luton Campus. The project is proposed to create between 3 000 and 4 500 m² of new build space, and design development is underway. The design will be progressed to RIBA Stage E. The building scope may include external landscaping, multiple level link bridge connections and alterations to existing adjacent buildings, including full over-cladding, internal layout alterations and services alterations.
