RS-Belgrade: education and training services
Preparation of programme and delivery of 3 training courses in Belgrade on the EU Rural Development Policy. The purpose of this assignment is to prepare programme and deliver 3 training courses in Belgrade (one in May 2011, one in June 2011 and one in March 2012) on the EU Rural Development Policy. Training has to be designed according to the particular needs of Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Serbia and its sectors, thus offering not only knowledge but also good European administrative practice. The special Working Group will be established for the programme, and will produce the guidelines for the programme. Work Group will consist of project partners (SEIO and BOS), representatives of the Ministry or other Serbian Governmental bodies directly in charge for the specific topic of the programme (in the case of this ToR Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management) and by the international expert (selected by the contractor, under this ToR). The contractor is expected to: — prepare draft version of the three days long programme on EU Rural Development Policy, and programme for one day training of trainers and adjust content with the participants needs according to the Working Group guidelines, — define content of the learning platform, — provide reading materials (in English language, up to 120 pages) regarding Rural Development Policy in EU, — select international expert who will deliver 3 training courses on EU Rural Development Policy in Belgrade (one week in May 2011, one week in Jun 2011 and one in March 2012, each group will consist of 30 participants), — prepare and implement 3 one-day long trainings of trainers for selected participants (one day per each training course), and — deliver final report and issue the one invoice covering all implemented activities.
