Stavanger municipality has purchased Tou Bryggeri's previous properties in Lervik (Storhaug), upon the presumption that they shall be used for various arts purposes - Tou Scene, who is the current tenant, studio building for artists, rehearsal premises for rythmic music etc. A decision was made in the municipality's executive committee meeting 11.3.2010 to start the engineering design services for the first construction stage: Studio building, rehearsal premises and a new technical infrastructure as the first construction stage. A condition analysis and a feasibility study have been worked out which can be considered to be at a sketch project level.
